Leu real estate & Property Management

Started in 1984 as a residential construction business, Leu Enterprises built their outstanding reputation through the construction of many custom homes throughout El Dorado, Sacramento, & Placer Counties, both modest and very high end. In the early 2000’s, the company transitioned to building multifamily properties. This led to the formation of a property management division to manage these units.

In 2005, management services were expanded to include properties owned by third parties. Now, known as Leu Real Estate & Property Management, our only focus is providing high quality service in the provision of property management and real estate sales for our clients. As a local family business, the Leus are dedicated to providing for all of your real estate needs with honesty, integrity and extraordinary service.
